with the application process;

We may share the information we collect with your consent, or for other
purposes permitted by law or regulation including disclosure to our
affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties including:
- Financial service providers, such as our wholly-owned affiliate Greater
Warren Financial Center LLC;
- Consumer reporting agencies;
- Government entities in response to subpoenas, court orders or to comply
with regulatory requirements;
- Companies that perform marketing or other services on our behalf such as
data processing or direct mailing; and
- Other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing
agreements.
We may also disclose information we collect about you under other
circumstances as permitted by law. These disclosures typically include
information to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations
of our credit union, follow your instructions, or protect the security of
our financial records.
To protect your privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain
strict confidentiality protections and limit the use of the information we
provide. We do not permit these companies to sell the information we
provide to them to other parties.
If you terminate your membership with Greater Warren Community FCU, we will
not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted by
law.
Greater Warren Community FCU restricts access to nonpublic personal
information about you to those employees who need to know that information
to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic,
and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your
